Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of the invoices, tax rates and client details you enter.

Acceptable use

Do not use BillNivo to send unsolicited email, to bill for unlawful goods or services, or to attempt to access records belonging to another account.

Plans and payments

Paid plans renew each month until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your plan features until the end of the current billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan limits.

Availability

We work to keep BillNivo available and your data safe, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. We are not a party to the agreements between you and your clients.
