What we store

BillNivo stores the account details you provide (name, email, business and billing information) and the records you create in the app: clients, invoices, line items, payments and email history.

Who can see it

Your records are scoped to your account at the database level. Other BillNivo users cannot read them. Invoice portal links are only visible to whoever holds the link, and you can expire or revoke a link at any time.

Processors we use

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoice and reminder emails are delivered through Resend using the sender address you verify. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your clients, invoices and business details from inside the app, and request account deletion by contacting us.
